We are creating a brand-new team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s), which offers you an excellent steppingstone into sales with a move to a dynamic, and ambitious sales environment.

This SDR role is key for us at the beginning stage of the sales cycle and within time, with our support, training, and development, you can progress and become one of our Business Development Managers (BDM’s) fully responsible for our client’s success and development.


Here’s what we need:

A Sales Development Representative eager to take on a new and exciting challenge by:

  • Gaining knowledge of the LogicMelon offering and our market competition to enable valuable conversations with prospect clients.
  • Working with the Sales and Marketing team to manage outbound campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, phone calls etc) to generate qualified leads.
  • Using social selling, phone calls, emails, and other contact data tools to identify and engage with decision makers within target accounts, creating an initial interest in the company offering and booking discovery meetings for BDM’s.
  • Qualifying and following-up with inbound enquiries, passing on qualified leads to the BDM’s.
  • Managing and maintaining the company CRM system (Hubspot), inputting customer records and sales activity.


Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Must have tele-marketing experience or moving from a Customers Services representative role to tele-sales.
  • A passion for SaaS and Technology, including social media communication.
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills.
  • Be a confident and capable communicator both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.  and able to take the initiative and think on your feet.
  • An understanding of the recruitment sector. (Desirable but not required)

Supplemental Pay

  • Uncapped Monthly Bonus where OTE offers an additional £2,280 per year
