Current Issues

Application Outage

    • Start Date: 02/05/2025

    • Status: Resolved

    • Impact: Viewing applications

    • Next Update:

    • Affected Regions: UK only
    • Updates:

      • 9am BST – An unexpected error has occurred with the server processing applications. This is currently being analysed as a priority. Any application viewing, retrieving or forwarding will be unavailable at this time. Application processing will queue until resolved.

      • 1pm BST – Update: Repairs are progressing as planned, and we remain on track to resolve the issue later today. We’ll share another update as soon as more information is available.
      • 4pm BST – Update: A fix has been implemented and services appear to be functioning as expected. We are now monitoring the situation to ensure stability. Queued applications are now beginning to push through and we expect the queue to clear in no longer than 2 hours. Further updates will be provided before end of play.
      • 6pm BST –  Update: All services functioning as expected.

Planned Maintenance 📅

We occasionally perform scheduled maintenance to improve performance, security and reliability. These updates are carefully planned to minimise user impact.
